End of max effort week
Just finished max effort week and I’m very happy with the results.
Squat = 285lb
Bench = 220lb
Deadlift = 385lb
Total = 890lb
Next goal: Get lifts up to 200/300/400 (squat/bench/dead) which should be very easy to obtain since I”m only lagging 15lbs on squat and deadlift. After that, it’s time to get in the 1,000lb club.
